Power Soccer

The sport of Power Soccer started in the late 1980’s in Victoria, BC and is currently played in Canada, USA, Europe and Japan.  In teams of four, Power Soccer athletes try to maneuver an oversized soccer ball around a gymnasium and in between the goal of their opposing team using an electric wheelchair with a foot-guard on the front.

SportAbility holds various Power Soccer events throughout the year.  View our Calendar of Events page to view these upcoming events.

We currently have programs in Vancouver, North Vancouver, Surrey, Kelowna, Vernon, Nanaimo, Penticton and Kamloops and are still looking to expand.  We are always looking for more athletes, officials, volunteers, and sponsors so if you are interested, please don't hesitate to contact us.
